I thoroughly enjoyed very good staff and rooms. The hotel was a good choice for enjoying a lovely area, very close to Sapporo station, restaurants. Popped in Main Bar Cross Vault for shots before sleep, it was just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.
Wi-Fi was rather slow, made me a little nervous.

I loved the delightfully helpful staff and the good food. The staff offered a welcome drink upon arrival. Eggs and breads for breakfast were much appreciated. All in all a modern hotel and very good stay.

The location was strategic and the breakfast was light. The hotel was centrally located for travelling through Sapporo. Staff was quick to help, overall my stay was warm! Perfect check in and excellent service.

I had an outstanding stay at this brilliant hotel. Very modern interior, top-class staff and immaculate breakfast. I got free upgrade and loved it. View was special. Very early check-in, late check-out.

The hotel was little with cosy rooms and I thoroughly enjoyed top class staff. They made my stay wonderful. Obviously that free Wi-Fi throughout the property was really convenient. Unbeatable location, 15 minutes' walk to sapporo tower
Shame the bathroom was too small.

i loved to be here, everything was well managed. it was fashioned, good enough for short stay. wonderful hotel with a central location. very easy to get from sapporo okadama airport, just 0.5 km.
